I Used CGT Sales to sell a house recently, and the experience was very positive, despite there being some complications with the sale (not least having to work with the added complication of COVID-19!). The team were really helpful throughout the process and handled almost everything for me.
I don't have any more houses to sell in the area, but if I did, I would definitely use them again.
